It’s been awhile! I’m excited to be back with my June bullet journal setup. I really like how this month turned out and I can’t wait for you to see.
This is the month where Spring turns to Summer! Is anyone else excited for swimming and gardening and no school? 😄 I love it. It’s already gotten to 95º here in Georgia, so it’s started out very… Summer-y. How’s the weather where you are?
My opening page has and overview of the calendar and days. The theme I chose was these really cotton candy/pastel colors: blue, pink and purple. I decided to do these really imperfect flowers, and I like the way they turned out.
My calendar section I made to alternate the same colors I used on the left. I really love pastels like this. It’s very pleasing to the eye!
I used the same colors and flowers on my habit tracker page* here. My habits this month are pretty much the same as last month’s, drink 5+ 8oz. glasses of water a day, read a chapter of my bible (or more) a day, use witch hazel as a part of my daily routine, floss teeth 2x a day, and practice piano for 1+ hours daily.
(*photos were taken at the beginning of the month. Progress has been made 😀 )
My June letter tracker used the same flower/color mixture. I made them look like letters, the boxes, I mean, and the little square in the top right corner, what looks like a stamp, I check off if I respond to the sender. I also made it so I can add more rectangles if need be.
I used the same sort of lettering and flowers for my Spring100 tracker. It ends this month and I only have a few more miles left! Are any of you doing it?
My to-do’s used the same pink and lettering, but I decided to go for a neater look.
That is it for my Bullet Journal setup this month. I hope you enjoyed! Here is some recent art I’ve done lately:
I thank you for reading! I hope you all have a wonderful day(:
Do you Bullet Journal? What are your favorite colors? Do you like to draw? What art supplies are you favorite? What are you doing this Summer?
It seems like it’s been awhile. I’m glad to be back! I took a little pre-Spring break, umm.. break!
April is here! I can’t believe that it is. March went flying by so quickly! It was a good month. We have had a great March, and I am very excited for April! Lots of things are coming up for this month; Things to looks forward to!
Well, I have a new bullet journal setup I wanted to show y’all, so here I am!
The color theme was purple, coral, and greens, and I used watercolor and my Tombow Dual Brush pens. (Some with water on them. This creates a watercolor effect.)
I wanted to keep the “intro” page simple and since April showers bring May flowers, I wanted to incorporate some “Rain Inspired” thing. I went with an umbrella and a green circle, also incorporating the calendar.
I used watercolor on the umbrella, since, well, it includes water! (:
I like to track who sent me a letter and when, just to track how long it takes to get one back after I sent one. It’s a fun tracker!
This is my collage page I do. It contains my monthly goals, to-do’s, and “I hope to’s,” and I love to look back on the end of the month and see if I did all of these!
Some of my goals are:
Read a complete book
Walk and run a lot
Read my bible everyday
I have many more, but those are some of my main goals this month.
I used my Tombow Dual’s here with my Pentel water brush pen on top.
Then my first two weekly logs. I like to change them up each week. Instead of making a big monthly calendar, I decided to just break it down into weeks.
That ends it for the setup this month, what did you think?
I will end with a picture of a chubby little bird sitting on our redbud tree. SO CHUBBY!🤩
I hope y’all are having a wonderful day!
Do you have a Bullet Journal? Do you have any fun plans for April? Are you excited for Easter?
Well, so far March has started out a fun month. We went to Alabama for the first two days, which was fun and I was excited about. It’s always great to have something fun to kick off the month!
Beforehand, I like to give my monthly BUJO setups a theme, (ex. January: Colors, Feb: Pinks + Reds) so when you see a lot of cacti, well, yep, that’s my theme. I also am using lots of greens, but some occasional pinks get in there(:
Without further adieu, let’s take a look!
My left opening page just says “March,” with, yep, a bunch of little cactus around it. These little plants are so fun to draw, and it adds a little color into it. The right hand side has my month calendar. Since there’s 31 days in March, I had to leave one space open. A perfect spot for some more cacti!
They’re cut and easy to draw. I used my Tombow Dual brush pens for the colors and then for the pot’s lip (or whatever it’s called😄) I used an gold opaque chisel pen that I’ve had since I did some scrapbooking a looooonnngg time ago. It just added a little “sumpin’ sumpin,” as my mama says.
This is my month overview. I like to do the little calendar squares that are about one and a half inches apart, just so I have a little room to write things down.
This is my monthly habit tracker. I decide this month, that instead of doing one big grid, (see here, my February setup’s habit tracker) I want everything individually. I like it better this way. I think it gives a cleaner look. I chose to do all greens this month. (well, the pretty ones, that is.😆)
More cactus(: The grids are about 2 inches wide; perfect for the dotted grid.
Instead of doing a water tracker this month I’m just using this goal (that’s trying to become a habit for me) to drink 5 or more 8oz. glasses of water daily. So far I’ve done it, and I’m hoping to keep it up!
Now here I just placed many things together, and I actually like it! I didn’t at first because I thought It might be a little chaotic, (which I guess it would be if I had more colors and things to write…) but It works pretty well for me. I just put my goals, reminders, to do’s, etc.
This is my first week of March log, just so I can have a more in detail look at what’s coming up.
Here is my month letter tracker. This really has no purpose, except that I like to see when I received letters from different pen-pals. I made this one so that the person’s name is like the address and the return address is where the date goes. (You can see the first letter I’ve gotten this month up there in the corner.)
This is my March savings log. I like to do this to look back on my expenses and savings.
And last: my March bible reading plan. I’m following the ESV 30 days in the new testament plan. If you want to check out their reading plans for the English Standard Version (ESV) click here. They have some good’uns! The plan is that you read each one of these each day for 30 days. I like following a plan, so I’m excited to do this one! The ones I’ve done before are in Focus on the Family’s Brio magazine. (A christian magazine for teen girls) I have used their reading plan for awhile, but I wanted to try something different this time.
Welp, that’s it! I really enjoyed setting up is month, and I’m excited to see how March goes in general! I love spring, and it’s only 18 days from now!
Thanks much for reading, y’all!
DO YOU BULLET JOURNAL? HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF FOCUS ON THE FAMILY OR BRIO? DO YOU LIKE FORD OR CHEVROLET? CARS OR TRUCKS? WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE SEASON?
Hello! It is now February, and with the start of a new month brings new pages in my bullet journal!
I, much to my deep sadness, don’t have as many pictures as my January BUJO Series, but I have a few, including some of my Mom’s that I did for her. I have been using my bullet journal a lot lately. I did similar things to last month’s pages, but I always give it a different style each month. I didn’t do step-by-step pictures this time, but, if you want to, hopefully you can still get some ideas if you need them!
This is my Mom’s habit tracker I made her. She only has three things for this month (😳 I have like 12!:)) She wants to read her Bible every morning, (or at least once a day. That’s one of my goals, too.) She uses this workout app called Seven, and she wants to drink 64oz. of water a day.
Oh, Well, I guess I did do a little pictures of the before-sketch(: I was sketching out her February calendar, except I could only fit 24 squares on these first two pages, but I put the last four on the next page(: (More on that below) I could’ve fit them all in, but my Mom wanted bigger squares to write more things down in.
And *BAM* I was finished. 😜 Mom’s current favorite color is a purple-y blush color. (No, really. She painted our door that color and my Dad is in manly disgust. He calls it pink😂) Her bullet journal is that color, too! (she’s really on a roll😀)
I put the day in the color and I made a little box in the right-hand corner for the date.
On the other page where there were the four last boxes, I put her a little February goals box. She picked the colors, and I think they’re rather nice!
This is my February page. I did everything (mostly) that I did for my Mom, except the Polaroid and the To Do section. I made my calendar look like, well, calendar pages(; I made a goals section, too, and I put my most important “To Do’s” up there.
I also drew, with my Fudenosuke, (one of ’em🤷🏼♀️) a little shadow, just for an extra touch😉
This is my water tracker. It’s identical to my last one. I really need to figure out a different format for this…🤔
This is my habit tracker for the month. (See? I have a lot! heheh.) I messed up when I was writing the label for this, so I got my black masking tape out (why do I even have that?:)) and my white pens. I think it came out pretty cool. It was a lot different from my norm, but I like it(:
*Cough, gasp* Can you tell I don’t like blurry photos? I don’t know why I didn’t see this!
This is my weekly log. I started it this week (in the BUJO) on the 4th to skip the weekend(: I have this week wash tape from Target that I used. Except, it doesn’t have Sunday on it. *Why?*
‘And last of all, February savings. My goal last month was $75.00, (I made it!) and this month my goal is $80. I used Crayola markers to do the lettering, and I’ve decided I don’t really like them😁
That’s a wrap for this post! Thanks much for reading, friends! I hope you have a happarvelous day! (happy+marvelous…? okay, no.)
I hope you all have a wonderfab day! I hope it’s a goodie!
Thank you for coming back for the last day of this little series! (I’m calling it a series, but its just pretty much one post stretched out over a few days😊)
I really like to have a fitness log in my Bullet Journal to good at and mentally cross-off one by one. I don’t “work out,” but every morning and/or night I do a little mini work out. I like to make them and I like to set a goal for them. A lot of my “work out” is for running. You can definitely edit this to your own if you are planning on doing something like this!
Sorry about the weird light ing in this post! (I think I’ve said that all week!😂)
Ah, A nice blank page. You might need two, or even three for your plan!
I always just lay it out in pencil and then later go over it in micron or just pen. It helps if you want to change anything before the final. (Like I do later!)
And then I just eyed some evenly distanced lines for the separate categories all the way down. (If you have a certain category that has more to it, just customize it to what you need.)
Then I colored it in with my Fudenosuke pens and Microns.
Then you can write down your plan for the month/week/year/day.
Today is day 5 of my Bullet Journal setup series/daily posts! I can’t wait to get started with this post today.
I’m going to be showing a few different pages, since they’re pretty short and simple.
This first on is my passwords page. If you’re anything like me, this is great to have. I’m always forgetting my passwords to things! To start out, All you do is label the page. I named mine “Passwords.” I thought that was super creative! (😂)
Then you just write out the websites/other that the passwords go to. After you do that, finish by writing down the passwords!
Also, sorry about this weird lighting! I have this strange light in my closet where my desk is.
And little doodles of locks and bolts and safes always make everything better!
Pretty easy, right? Of course, you could make this however you want to! Yay! Onward.
This next photo I sadly didn’t do step-by-step, but I should’ve, because it’s my favorite! LOOK! It’s a tiny little bookshelf! I love making these little shelves. They’re actually SUPER simple. All you do is out line the shelf in whatever color your heart desires, then color in thick (ish. I just use full pressure on my Tombow pens/thick side on Crayola markers) colorful lines and place various objects on/beside them and then write the books I want to read! And it’s adorable!
And this next on is a little letter tracker I use. It’s fun to look back on the month and see the letters you got and sent out! I just draw a line from the person I got the letter from to me sending one out.
There It is for today! I hope you enjoyed this post!
Thanks for reading! Two days left! Come back tomorrow!
Today we’re creating a habit tracker! I use this every night before I go to bed. First, I had to list all my most important habits and picked the most important ones.
First I drew a long rectangle. I used my dots as the size for the lines. I drew the lines 31 dots apart length wise, and 12 dots height wise. Then I followed the dots and filled in the rectangle with lines, creating a square grid.
I didn’t put numbers outside of the squares, but you could if you wanted too. I also wrote the colors I used at the bottom. It looks best if you fill them in using the same color for each habit.
Today I have more pages setup! I’m excited to share them with you! This is a water tracker. Set your goal for drinking water before you start. They say that you’re supposed to drink 8 8oz. cups of water everyday. that is my goal for this month. First I gather some supplies. A black pen of some sort, a ruler, and a blue pen. (I’m using one of my Tombow Dual Brush pens)
Start by drawing a “|+___” And connect them together. Leave some space above, on the sides, and below.
Start by writing your goal of cups of water starting with #1 at the bottom of the page moving up. Remember: you are writing this outside the “L” on the part of it that’s going up.
Once you set your goal, on outside of the line that’s going up; on the outside of the line that’s going sideways write out all the days of the month evenly. (as you can see mine could’ve been a little neater😜)
Now get out your blue pen and fill in the amount of water you drank that day in line with the day, below. And there you have it! pretty simple!
This is what it looks like now. It was a few days ago that I took these pictures.
